Hi, I'm new to the war gaming scene, and I was just wondering how much of a naval war gaming scene there is out there. World War 1 and 2 are my main fields of interest, not so much the Age of Sail side of things.

Thanks,

Ed

Hi Ed, we have a small Navel scene here if i am honest. Some do Dystopian Wars, we did Napoleonic Naval this past weekend, but we are just starting that up for introductory purposes,

If WW1 or WW2 is your bag then drop in and arrange a meet . There are a few who like Naval buy have no ships or no one has introduced it.

Your more than welcome.

I like naval - especially from the late 19th Century up to WW2. Currently planning to do some Pacific gaming incorporating aerial strikes on fleets. Just found a really cost effective way of doing naval gaming via topside minis - topsideminis.com Just received my free promo unit today and it is v. nice!!!

They also have some free rules that you can download. Haven't tried them yet, but would love to give them a go... topsideminis.com/rule-sets/
