Kings of War 40K at PAW 2017

There was originally intended to be a Kings of War competition at PAW 2017, but low sign-up rates meant it was cancelled quite late on.

As a consolation to disappointed local players (and some not so local), the umpire (Kevin Shillito) staged a big game for all of them instead.
