Here are some pictures of some of the Trophy winning games from PAW 2013, which took place over the weekend of February 2nd/3rd.

Once again, a large number of people worked hard to bring display games of various sorts to the show. We'd like to thank them all for their efforts, and we look forward to seeing next year's games

These are the games that caught the attention of our judges, and the winners of the tournaments.

Special thanks to all the people who supplied the pictures

Alan Millicheap won the Best Participation Game with his 15mm French Indian Wars offering, Musket and Tomahawk

BAD Wargamers took Best Demonstration for their American Civil War coastal action Hampton Roads

The Warhammer 40K competition was somewhat smaller than last year, with only 16 players, but was still an exciting competition, with lots of nice figures on display.

Al Pidwell was the  winner, using CSM/Daemons.  Hatchett Harry was second, using Necrons: Harry's beautifully painted army also took the Best Army trophy.

The Warhammer Fantasy competition was also slightly smaller, at 22 players, nut still included a wide range of armies, and players from far and near.

Chris Stokes was the winner, with Chris Myhill second. Ric 'Bruce' Myhill won the Golden Axe trophy for the most points in a single game, and Rich Ayson won the Best Fantasy Army trophy for his Skaven

Field of Glory Ancients was another good-looking competition, with lots of nice armies to look at in both 15mm and 25mm.  Numbers were about the same as last year, with 10 players in the 25mm, and 8 in the 15mm.

Les Shuttlewood was the 15mm winner, with Andy Claxton second.  Richard Jeffrey-Cook took the 25mm trophy, with Paul Westmore second.  Paul also won the Best Historical Army trophy for his Sassanid Persians.

The Flames of War WWII competition was the biggest so far, with 14 players.  Thanks to all the players that turned out to support the show, and to Orlando Murrish for umpiring

The winner was Martin Edwards, with Peter Fawdon second.
